I just received the product, but why am I having size issue every time 😡. Before I order Size: 47 chest but received Size: 49 and lucky Size: 49 was perfect for me even though I ordered Size: 47. But I let it slide.
So next time I also thought if I ordered Size: 47 I would receive Size: 49 which is perfect size for me but no I receive exact Size: 47 😡. Why you guys making this kind of mistake and making the customer experience worst 😡. It will be confusing if I ordered next time. That's why I didn't order Size: 49 even though that is perfect for me. I was scared that that I would receive Size: 53. I am definitely not satisfied with this kind of experience. The more worst thing is the return/refund policy. It's the worst 😡.
This is my kind request to everyone please think before buying from Sagacity. I am paying 2000 for a t-shirt and have to experience this. I am definitely not satisfied with my experience.
If you wanna improve customer experience be true to the Size chart and change the refund/return policy according to the customer review.
